European Logistics Service Provider Manager to join Reima team.
As a European LSP Manager, You will be in a key role in Logistics and Supply Chain. Reima LSP Manager manages, develops and follows the LSP operations in Europe. This is a key role in ensuring continuous quality improvement in our supply chain in the countries of operation.
Your main responsibilities will cover:
- Logistics Service Provider (LSP) management
- Monthly Operation and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Contract negotiations and agreements
- Fulfillment of all channels incl ecom, retail and wholesales
- Leading development projects (with/without IT)
- Inventory management and control
- Inbound & outbound freight cost negotiations
- Participating and driving improvements to the areas of e-Commerce, retail, SCM and logistics, taking part in Ecom and SCM/logistics team meetings
To succeed in the role we expect you to have excellent organizational and communication skills and experience of working in an internationally operating environment. You should have excellent project management and team leading/people skills, good understanding of IT systems and integrations to be able to work closely with the business. As a person, you take initiative and are self-guided. Besides development oriented, holistic view you also have an eye for detail and ability to complete started projects. You can also make decisions and are ready to go an extra mile to boost excellent performance in SCM.
In order to succeed in this role we expect you to have a M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree with over 10 years of relevant experience with online and retail focused operations. You are fluent in English, other language skills are seen as a benefit.
You will report to Logistics Director. Your home base is preferably Vantaa, other Reima locations may be considered.
